Clara is the adventurous, hardworking, playful backbone of the Trecking Family. She was born and raised in Salt Lake City, Utah. She graduated from the University of Utah with a B.S. in Parks, Rec, and Tourism with a specialization in Recreational Therapy. She loves all things outdoors with a taste for the extreme and is obsessed with the family’s King Charles Cavalier Spaniel, Winnie. When she’s not off traveling, managing the blog, and designing a playtime class, Clara works as a Real Estate agent for Aspire Realty in Bozeman, Montana.

 

Patrick is the practical, detail-oriented, grumpy old man of the family. He grew up outside of Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania and graduated from Penn State with a degree in English and Communications. After several aborted attempts at hippiedom and political activism, Patrick went West to work in conservation and land management. He met a certain wild woman in West Yellowstone and decided to “get serious". Patrick is the planner, coordinator, and wordsmith of the Trecking Family.

 

Winnie is the heart and soul of the Trecking Family. Don’t be fooled by her cuteness. When she’s not sleeping, chasing a ball, or eating grass, she’s trying to Darth Vader you with her mind.
